Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Customer Service Representative & Lot Maintenance personnel.
This role will involve a combination of office duties and lot maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone Assist customers with inquiries, reservations, payments, and account management Maintain a clean and organized office environment Process rental agreements and related paperwork accurately Perform routine inspections of the storage units and grounds Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as sweeping, trash removal, and minor repairs Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety and security of the facility Update and maintain records using our management software Assist with marketing efforts and promote our services to potential customers Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed Availability to work Saturdays is mandatory Job Type:
