Assistant Cidermaker responsibilities include managing ciders in fermentation and maturation; cleaning and sanitizing equipment; sorting, washing and pressing fruit; maintaining equipment and supervising the packaging of ciders, record-keeping and inventory.
Two years' experience or a combination of education in fermentation science and work experience.
