The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of two (2) years of retail sales experience in a professional environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to operate a computer for basic tasks.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Must possess or able to obtain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must possess or able to obtain basic computer skills.
A store associate must be willing to perform basic cleaning, light masonry, stocking, window cleaning, and other tasks as required by the manager and work within a store environment with other associates.
Store associates are expected to perform their duties with a high degree of efficiency and professionalism, meet all company standards of appearance and cleanliness, as well as follow all company policies and procedures.
Job Duties:
Stocking the store, maintaining shelves, cleaning displays, making sure the floor is kept organized and stocked throughout the day, maintaining a clean work area at all times, operating cash registers, maintaining organization in the fitting rooms, cleaning windows when needed, assisting customers in selecting products when available, opening/closing the store when needed by the manager, and other duties as assigned by the manager.
